Practical Technology Tools is a four-week experiential online course designed to introduce affordable and accessible technology to the practice of professional service providers in any industry (law, consulting, training etc.) Instructors Daniel Rainey and Larry Bridgesmith are world-renowned experts and have taught practical technology courses for over a combined 30 years.
Participants will have unlimited access to recorded lectures and discussions, tools, forums, wikis, directional study, and instructor guidance. Upon completion, certificates will be issued. This is a course for professional service providers who are looking to take elements of their practice online or who are looking to create a fully online practice.

Understanding and Assessing Technology:
Learn about available tools, including client intake and narrative, live communication, document review and storage, brainstorming, and agreement development, drafting, and execution.
Digital Case Management:
Assess and apply case management skills to information and communication technologies (ICTs).
Third Party Skills:
Anticipate and prepare for how clients will react and learn to use new platforms and technology tools.
Ethical Evaluation:
Analyze and adapt applicable ethical norms to the use of ICT.
Technology Integration:
Dissecting the practicalities of maintaining a face-to-face professional practice while integrating technology and/or creating your own virtual practice.
