Joe Vrabel Bio
Mr. Vrabel is the Past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is the current President of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Inc. (MCLE). He serves on numerous not for profit boards of directors, including Longfellow's Wayside Inn, the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and Framingham State College. He is the current Massachusetts State Chair of the American Bar Foundation and serves on the American Bar Association's House of Delegates and on its Standing Committee for Continuing Legal Education. He is also a member or the American Bar Association's International Law Section's Non-Governmental Organizations committee.
Mr. Vrabel is frequently retained by law firms, lawyers and governmental agencies as an expert witness on the ethical standards and legal duties of attorneys on corporate law, real estate and commercial finance issues and transactions. He is a Mediator and Arbitrator of business, real property, municipal and commercial disputes, including current service as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is a frequent author and lecturer on numerous business and ethic subjects.
Mr. Vrabel also serves from time to time as an adjunct professor of Business law at Babson College in its MBA program.
