Dispute Resolution and its Cross Cultural Aspects in our Global EconomyRun time: 1 hour Stewart Levine will introduce and discuss his "resolutionary model" for online dispute resolution, as discussed in his most recent book, COLLABORATION 2.0. Jane Smith will introduce her five lenses that can be applied to any global dispute resolution opportunity. Jane Smith will then relate the cross cultural understandings that come through use of the lenses, to an example of a potential dispute resolution in a global, cross cultural setting. Both of these topics can be found in chapter form in the Third Edition of The ABA Guide to International Business Negotiations, to be published in January 2009. This webinar is available at 8:30 a.m. EDT on October 15. The webinar is available at http://www.eprooffice.com/lisimba |
