UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS

InternetBar started working with the University of Massachusetts and its National Center for Technolgoy and Dispute Resolution from IBO's inception in 2005. U Mass and its Director, Ethan Katsh, made available their United Nations programs, Cyberweek and their technological resources to develop online training programs for mediators and the legal profession to support IBO's development. It is fair to say that NCTDR (www.odr.info) has been IBO's foundation from the beginning.

The Programs

The next major program that IBO and U Mass are working on together is the Fall Cyberweek program and our anticipated joint presentation of ODR standards at the Internet Governance Forum sponsored by the UN in India, in December, 2008.
