PILOT PROJECTS

What are they?

Any internet infrastructure in this day and age is derived from a variety of different stakeholders. Likewise InternetBar hopes to shorten the time it takes to work towards creating justice systems for the online environment by moving towards our goals from different fronts. Our pilot projects are one of our most essential fronts because then enable us to test the systems, theories, and practices coming out of our collaborations. Not only do we get applicable feedback but we have the privilege of providing new opportunities, work, and skills to people from all over the world.

Why it's Interesting:

Right now we all have the opportunity to greatly affect the lives of people that we may never meet with simple small donations of time, money, or resources. Even doing something that provides mutual benefit (such as offering small digital work) to people in areas just beginning to break down the digital divide can open pathways for more digital explorations and opportunities. By helping keep these projects going with work, money, time, or even advice you create the foundation blocks for economic equality, legal empowerment, and cross-cultural communications globally.
